I was honoured to be asked to work with my friends at the International Pet Transport company  'The Transpawter', in writing an article on 'Travelling with Dogs'.

I was delighted to share my insights on how to  help make your travelling adventures with your pooch much more enjoyable for you both.

I love witnessing the profound bond between humans and dogs on a daily basis, whether that be my own dogs, a old fella walking his ageing dog, young puppies playing with families, or any other form of passive interaction I see, our relationship with our dogs transcends the ordinary into a realm of unconditional love and companionship.

As a dog behaviourist who has dedicated the past decade of my life to understanding and interpreting dog behaviour, I truly believe that travel is an enriching experience for our dogs strengthens the bond they share with us.

'Travel' could simply be a car or bus trip to the park or beach but as always, they're still with us, sharing our journey.

In the article we explore the detail of traveling with dogs – from initial planning to the actual trip itself we'll look into how best to ensure our dogs feel safe, comfortable, and content during every step of the trip.
